The fundamental of various schools of metaphysics 玄学 is really about analysing on relationship between individual, time and environment, in short 天地人Tian Di Ren. Though our generic character, strengths, weaknesses and luck cycle is born with us (人和),  we can design spaces and optimise our environments （地利）to our advantage, and select the best dates (天时）that work with them.
